NEW IN THE MOUSEVOX SHOP!

I've been coveting the Prada loafers pictured in the upper left hand corner for a couple of months now, but have never really worn them anywhere other than around my own house. They're so comfy and absolutely adorable, but I'm trying to get in better practice of not holding onto things that I don't actually wear. It's tough, as I'm a total pack rat when it comes to special finds, but my collection is starting to outgrow my space and it's time to downsize. I hope they find a good home (I'm sure they will)!

This dress is fastly becoming one of my favorites. A recent closet cleaning led me to the realization that I did not own a simple, semi-casual, little black dress! I found this one at a thrift store last month and did some work to it. It was too large & quite matronly before I added my touches & now I'm quite pleased. 6 inches off the hemline, some gathering at the chest, a sequined applique & VOILA - a cute & versatile frock that makes me feel good!

ACCESSORIZE

If there's one thing I haven't ever been able to pass up, it's a pretty patterned vintage scarf. I picked up a few yesterday, including the post modernesque, square patterned one pictured front & center in the montage above. At first glance, it reminded me of the Eames Case Study House...



I also picked up a few pieces for the shop, including several pairs of super cute vintage shoes, one killer pair of white, fringed moccasin boots, a stunning Christian Dior cape-ish jacket & lots of unbelievably cute dresses to boot!
